Der Weltraum mit seinen Eigenschaften erweckt in uns bestimmte Assoziationen, die wir in Raumatmosphären innerhalb der Struktur umsetzen. Die Begriffe "Weite, Stille, Schweben und Dunkelheit" stehen dabei für uns im Vordergrund. "Slow Floation" bedeutet für uns ein Distanzieren von allem Irdischen. Dies kann alleine oder zu zweit geschehen. Innerhalb des Hotels herrscht komplette Schwerelosigkeit. Die Struktur soll sich an die Besucher anschmiegen, damit diese sich in ihr entlanghangeln und sie durchwuseln können. Der Aufbau von Blütenblättern erscheint uns als Bild am besten geeignet dies in eine Gestalt umzusetzen. Das Blütenprinzip ist auch bei den Nebenräumen als Blätter wieder zu finden. Sind sie meisten Räume alleine erlebbar, gibt es innerhalb der Struktur auch Räume und Einbauten, die für ein Abschalten zu Zweit gedacht sind: Intimtitätstaschen, den Bug und die Spontanietätsbälle.

"slowfloation" means building up a distance from all terrestrial. this can happen alone or as a couple. within the hotel  complete weightlessness prevails. the structure is to snuggle up to the visitors so that they can work their way along it and float through. the construction of blossoms appears to us as the most suitable picture to transfer this into a shape. this principle of blossoms appears once again in the construction of the side rooms as leaves. most places offer the opportunity to be experienced alone, but there are spaces and  installations which are made for couples to relax within the structure: "pockets of intimacy", "the bow" and "balls for spontaneity".
